My encounter with art was rooted and built up from inside the walls of my hometown, Vrindavan.
And that is where waves of inspirations enraptured my young mind – rich long standing traditions, stories of Lord Krishna and his heritage, and my own father, Chitrakar Kanhai.

Discovering colours though, was only one part of the journey. My encounter with art was rooted and built up from inside the walls of my hometown, Vrindavan.
I have been entrusted with the responsibility to depict the creator of the world through my art and visualization. While drawing him, I am completely immersed in a state of surrender. The strokes of my art are guided by the blessings of Krishna.
